You must be at least 18 years old and represent a research lab, university, contract research organization, or be an individual researcher placing an order for laboratory use only. You confirm during checkout that you understand and accept the laboratory-use-only nature of our products.

3. Products are for laboratory use only

All products sold by LabVial Pro are intended exclusively for laboratory research and educational use. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic use of any kind. You agree to use our products only for their stated laboratory purpose.

LabVial Pro does not provide medical, clinical, dosing, or therapeutic guidance. Any information on this site is for educational reference only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

4. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the items at the price displayed at checkout. LabVial Pro reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation by email. Payment is processed in USD; your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD. We may update prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, carrier strikes, or other factors outside our control.
