Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM HKT on a business day ship the same day. Orders after that time, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day. Custom-labelled or special-order items may take 2-3 additional business days.

Delivery times by destination

Delivery times exclude customs clearance delays, which are outside our control. Most destinations clear customs within 1-2 business days.

Shipping carriers

We ship via DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, or local trusted couriers depending on destination. Every shipment includes tracking that updates throughout transit. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the package leaves our facility.

Shipping costs

Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination zone and package weight. We do not mark up shipping — you pay carrier rates plus a small handling fee for cleanroom packaging. Free shipping is available on orders over $300 USD to most destinations.

Cold-chain shipping

Thermo-sensitive items (such as certain reference standards) are shipped with insulated packaging and gel packs to maintain 2-8°C for up to 72 hours in transit. The shipping label on these orders clearly indicates "Refrigerate upon receipt." Cold-chain shipping is included at no additional charge for qualifying items.

Customs and duties

LabVial Pro ships from Hong Kong. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost we charge. We declare the actual product value on all shipments (we do not under-declare to avoid customs fees).

Tracked delivery

All shipments include door-to-door tracking. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships, and you can also view tracking from your customer dashboard if you have an account with us. Signature confirmation is required on delivery for orders over $200 USD.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery window plus 5 additional business days, please email support@labvialpro.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and either:
