30-day return window

LabVial Pro accepts returns of unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original sealed packaging with all tamper-evident seals intact.

How to request a return

  1. Email support@labvialpro.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within one business day.
  3. Ship the items back to our registered address with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
  4. Once received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Return shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged-in-transit claim. In those cases, we will email you a prepaid return label. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — LabVial Pro is not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking.

Damaged items

If your shipment arrives damaged, please email support@labvialpro.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage (both packaging and product). We will arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
