30-day return window
LabVial Pro accepts returns of unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original sealed packaging with all tamper-evident seals intact.
How to request a return
- Email support@labvialpro.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within one business day.
- Ship the items back to our registered address with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
- Once received and inspected (typically 3-5 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
What we accept
- Unopened products in their original sealed packaging
- Damaged-in-transit items (please email photos within 48 hours of delivery)
- Incorrect items shipped due to our error
- Quality defects identified within the 30-day window
What we cannot accept
- Opened or partially used products (sterility cannot be re-certified)
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items returned without an RMA number
- Bacteriostatic water and other diluents once opened (sterility reasons)
- Custom-labelled or special-order items
Refund processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Return shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged-in-transit claim. In those cases, we will email you a prepaid return label. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — LabVial Pro is not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking.
Damaged items
If your shipment arrives damaged, please email support@labvialpro.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage (both packaging and product). We will arrange a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
