What to include in your email

To speed up your reply, please include the following in your first email:

• Your organization or institution name
• Country of delivery
• Product names and quantities (or order number if you already placed an order)
• Any urgency or deadline for delivery

For quote requests, please also include the use case (academic, CRO, industrial, etc.) so we can route to the right specialist.
